Terms of Use

1. Clearance

You must be 18 or older to use Extraction Realm Odyssey. Continuing past the clearance check is your confirmation that you meet that requirement. We may restrict access where we believe it is not met.

2. What the station is

This is a free social entertainment website. Runs are played for amusement only. At no point is there a purchase, deposit, balance, prize, payout or item of value, and nothing recorded here has worth outside this website.

3. Your callsign

Registering writes a callsign and an access code into your own browser's local storage. Nothing is transmitted to us and no server stores it. Clearing browser data deletes the record permanently and it cannot be recovered. Do not reuse an access code that protects anything important.

4. Permitted use

• Do not disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the station or its runs.
• Do not automate interaction with any part of the site.
• Do not redistribute the content commercially or claim it as your own.
• Do not use the signal form for bulk, abusive or unlawful messages.

5. Ownership

Layout, written content, illustration and the station mark belong to the operator of Extraction Realm Odyssey or are licensed for use here. Each run remains the property of its own developer and is provided for play inside this site only.

6. Availability

The station is provided as it is and as available. Runs may be added, altered or retired without notice and uninterrupted access is not promised. As nothing is purchased, no refund or compensation can arise from downtime.

7. Liability

So far as the law permits, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including lost log lines, lost callsigns or lost time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Third parties

Embedded runs and web fonts are supplied by third parties under their own terms. We select them carefully but do not control their code.

9. Amendments

These terms may be revised. The review date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a revision is acceptance of it.
